By accessing or using Qaptura's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Qaptura provides a platform for event photo sharing, allowing hosts to create albums and guests to contribute photos to these albums. Our services include but are not limited to album creation, QR code generation, photo uploading and sharing, and photo downloads.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of Qaptura, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

By uploading photos to Qaptura, you retain ownership of your content. However, you grant Qaptura a license to use, store, and share these photos within the confines of the album they were uploaded to. You agree not to upload content that infringes on another's intellectual property rights, is illegal, offensive, or violates our content guidelines.

5. Service Fees

Some features of Qaptura may require payment. Pricing is outlined on our website. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

6. Limitations of Liability

Qaptura is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Qaptura at our discretion, particularly in cases of Terms and Conditions violations.

8. Changes to Terms

Qaptura may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mozambique.
